Skeyndor Phenomenon Mascara

Skeyndor has launched Phenomenon Mascara, billed as giving a false-lash effect.

The mascara has a jumbo-sized 3cm spiral brush, which coats lashes individually and prevents clumping. The formula contains cellulose micro beads to optimise thickening without drying out or weighing down the lashes, along with a new plasticising agent for an easier and smoother brush-to-lash transfer.
